Louie has trained and worked in some of the best restaurants, hotels and catering companies around the world as well as his local knowledge he has a wealth of experience. With over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry covering Restaurant Owner, Skilled Caterer, Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage and Hospitality Management and Private College Cookery Teacher. In addition, Louie also holds a Certificate III Commercial Cookery Diploma, Diploma of Hospitality and Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
